What integrated project controls actually means
Integrated project controls means schedule, cost performance, change and risk are read together, from one dataset, on the same cadence. In practice most teams keep them apart: the programme in P6, metrics in Excel, the delay position in a consultant's report, and risk in a register nobody opens between workshops.
TideLine's modules run off the same imported or authored programme, so a change in the schedule flows into the metrics, the quality checks and the delay position without re-keying anything.
The monthly cycle
Import or progress the update. Quality checks flag integrity problems before the update is accepted. Metrics recompute performance trends. Delay compares the update against the baseline and prior windows. Reporting produces the board pack. Every step is recorded, so a reviewer can retrace how a conclusion was reached.
Built for evidence, not just visibility
Dashboards tell you where you are. Project controls has to also survive challenge: an EOT submission, an owner's review, an adjudication. TideLine keeps the source data untouched and the method transparent so results can be reproduced from the original export.
